“TPI is a variable data printer imprinting over 11 million black clicks a month on litho shells. Our tight turn times are extremely critical as well as the quality of the piece of mail we are outputting. In years past TPI has used Kodak and Xerox (Nuveras) for this work. Production Print Solutions came to our location in Iowa about two years ago and listened to what we had going on and what we needed to be done. I was not happy with the level of service and the pricing of the Xerox Nuveras which were costing us significantly more to run than they should have due to “excessive parts usage” due to “wet ink”.”
